22-12-2012: Celebration of Dr.S.Ramanujan Birthday. Great Mathematician birthday celebrated with full enthusiam and zeal in vidyalaya. It also commorated with the closing day celebrations of "International year of Mathematics". Class XII science students presented various features like skt,report of activities, amazing facts,mathematical games and tricks. It was the program filled with knowledge and joy. 21-12-2012: unveiling of Statue of symbol of knowledge. Honorable Deputy Commissioner,KVS, RO Hyderabad Sri.S.M.Saleem unveiled the statue of Symbol of Knowledge. He also participated in plantation program. He addressed the children and motivated them to have a goal and work hard to achieve it. He specially interacted with class xii commerce &science students and gave valuable guidance & tips to achieve the success
15-12-2012:KVS Foundation day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the school. The celebration was started with lighting of lamp by the Chief Guest Dr.T.K.Vinod Kumar I.P.S, J.D( Admin & Sc) . The Seniormost Teachers were felicitated and Citation and Memento were presented to Dr.T.K.Vinod Kumar by Dr.NSK.Swamy, Principal, KV, SVP NPA. Mr.Prakash Walke Librarian, SVP NPA Shivarampally was the special invitee to the program. The Cultural program was organized and awards were presented to the best Peer Group Leaders of each class.
29-11-2012: Annual Academic Inspection for the academic year 2012-13 was assisted by team of principals and Head Masters from different schools under guidance of Mrs.Sudhamani, Assistant Commissioner, KVS, Hyderabad Region. 17-11-2012: Investitures ceremony was celebrated and all the house captains and school captains were awarded the flaps. 15-11-2012: Children's day was celebrated in the school with great enthusiam. 16-10-2012 to 17-10-2012: six students of the vidyalaya have participated in KVS Regional Level Science Exhibition 2012-13 held at KV Bolaram on 16th and 17th October under the main theme Science and Society.One exhibit from the vidya1aya is selected for National Level Science Exhibition under the sub theme Community Health and Environment. Which was made by Master Subham(XC) & along with his group members Master Sameer(XC) and Kumari Madhur Sanghi(XA). 09-10-2012: School Level social science exhibition was organized in the school premises on 09-10-2012. It was inaugurated by Dr.A.K.Saxena, Eminent Educationist,SVP NPA and was visited by Shri. Prakash Walke,Librarian,SVP NPA Shivarampally. The students along with escort teachers participated in the Cluster level Social science exhibition held at KV NO.1. Golconda on 09-10-2012. BROOK LYM BRIDGE OF USA and 2 project reports are selected for regional level social science exhibition 28-09-2012: VISIT TO CCMB Class XI A and XII A (Science Stream) students visited CCMB(Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology on 28-09-2012 (CCMB Open day) All the students were happy as they got to visit the sophisticated labs of CCMB and Witness the research work going on in CCMB. They also expressed that the poster exhibition by CCMB research scholars was very informative. Science faculty members escorted them. 24-09-2012 to 30-10-2012: KVNPA Shivarampally celebrated Hindi pakwada in the school premises. The Morning Assembly was conducted by all the teachers' of the Vidyalaya. Dr.NSK.Swamy, Principal KVNPA garlanded the portrait of Dr.Sarvepally Radhakrishan and offered flowers. (click to view details) 21-08-2012: Two children Medha singh(IX A) and Himanshu Ranjan(IX B) along with the teacher participant Asha kona ,TGT(BIO) participated in the 3 day National level workshop and selection for model United Nations on Biodiversity in Hyderabad from 21to 23 August 2012 at Begumpet. The two students were among the short listed 32 students. The results of teachers are awaited. They represented as delegates of central African Republic 15-08-2012: 66th Independence day was celebrated with great pomp and show on 15th of August in the school premises. The National flag was hoisted by Dr. N.S.K.Swamy, Principal of the Vidyalaya. A cultural program was also organised and students participated with great enthusiam. 20.7.2012: A Grand Farewell was given to our beloved Principal Shri G.S.N. Reddy by the staff and students of the vidyalaya on his promotion to the post of Assistant Commissioner, KVS Bhubaneshwar Region. 11.07.2012:KV SVP NPA Shivarampally is celebrating National Year of Mathematics. On this occassion, students of class XII(science) performed a skit stating the importance of mathematics in the life of Man. This skit was done under the guidance of Shri K. Srihari,PGT(Maths).
30.06.2012: Drawing and painting competition was held under CCA . 16-04-2012: Four students of the Vidyalaya secured merit scholarships of Rs.5000 in the CBSE Examination 2010-11. Shri C.Balasubramanian, IPS, Chairman, VMC gave the merit scholarships to the students and congratulated them on their success. He addressed the students and said that he expects many more such merit scholarships in coming academic year.
Shri V.Sanjeevan ,TGT(P & HE)& ALT(S) was felicitated by Shri C.Balasubramanian, IPS, Chairman, VMC . He was honoured with a shawl and presented a trophy and citation for his remarkable work in Bharat Scouts and Guides. For his committed, dedicated and meritorious services to Bharat Scouts and Guides for the past 27 years Shri V.Sanjeevan ,TGT(P&HE) & ALT(S) District Organising commissioner ,Secunderabad District , is selected as best scouter for KVS BS & G Divisional award for the year 2011-12
21-12-2011:Annual day for the academic year 2011-12 was celebrated in KVNPA campus on 21-12-2011. The chief Guest Shri. C. Subramanian, IPS, Joint Director SVP NPA Shivarampally, Chairman VMC lighted the lamp to start the program . Academic prizes for class X and XII for school toppers and subject wise toppers were distributed. Sports prizes were also distributed. 05-09-2011: KVNPA Shivarampally celebrated Teachers' day on the occasion of birthday of Dr.Sarvepally Radhakrishnan. The Morning Assembly was conducted by all the teachers' of the Vidyalaya. The school repeated the Pledge after Mrs.Madhu Tiwari(PRT), News was read by Mrs.Deepa(TGT,Hindi) and Mrs.Manisha Singh(TGT English), and Special item was presented by Mrs.Jayanthi(PRT), Mrs.Hemalatha Sharma(PGT Commerce), Mrs.Shashi bala Sharma(PRT), and Mr.Srikanth(PET Coach). All the students of class XII played the role of student Teacher and a small Cultural programme was organized by the children. 27-08-2011 to 29-08-2011: Regional sports meet Basket Ball (Boys) 2011 The Annual KVS Regional Basket Ball Meet for the Year 2011-2012 was held at Kendriya Vidyalaya, SVP NPA, Shivarampally, Hyderabad from 27th August to 29th August 2011.It was formally inaugurated by Shri. Prakash Walke, Member VMC, KV Shivarampally. The meet saw an impressive gathering of about 184 boys and 18 escort teachers/coaches from various KVs under Hyderabad Region. Officials of the Andhra Pradesh Basketball Association were deputed to officiate the matches held under-14, and under-19 age groups. The school had made elaborate arrangements for the boarding and lodging of the participants who had arrived from various KVs under Hyderabad Region. The matches were played on league-cum-knock-out basis up to Quarter-finals stage. Thereafter, the matches were played on knock-out basis in Quarter-finals, Semi-finals and final. The positions of the teams are as follows. BASKET BALL BOYS U-19 I POSITION : KV SHIVARAMPALLY HYDERABAD. II POSITION : KV PICKET HYDERABAD. III POSITION : KV PICKET HYDERABAD. 12 top players under each group will take part in the KVS National Meet to be held at KV Chandigarh for Boys in September. The 3-day Regional Meet came to a close with a Valedictory function in which the winners and all the participants were honored with certificates and medals. Coaching camp is arranged at the venue for the above game from 18-09-2011 to 27-09-2011 for the selected group to participate in the National Meet 2011. The selected participants will report to this Venue on 17-09-2011. 19-08-2011: Annual Academic Inspection for the academic year 2011-12 was on 19-08-2011. 20-07-2011:Investiture Ceremony was held on 20-07-2011. This is not only the distribution of badges but also a reminder to the students about their responsibilities towards the school and eventually the society of which they are an integral part. 04-05-2011:Prize distribution ceremony for the academic session 2010-11 was held on 04-05-2011. The Guest of Honor for this occasion was Dr.Chandra Sekhar,CEO, NPA. The children collected old clothes and a cash amount of Rs.4660/-; Rs.3000/- was donated to an orphanage at Aramgarh and Rs.1660/- was donated to Bal Nivas which is also an orphanage for boys. 15-02-2011:VMC Meeting held at 11.00am at Vidyalaya premises. 18-01-2011: Dr. Soumya, a dentist from Bangalore spoke to the students on the importance of Meditation in their day to day life. It not only keeps the mind and body fit but also improves concentration thereby helping the students to perform better in their studies. The students practiced "anna panna" meditation for an hour in the school premises.
